23yr old guy & a 34yr woman. How to do I get him to pursue?

Sounds like a promising start- focus on the important things in your life and try not to give this too much thought. He's just another guy, and he'll either realize that he wants to be with you or he won't. Either way you're going to be just fine, and all you'll do is drive yourself crazy while you wait for him to figure out what he's looking for. If you can do it in a natural way, tell him that you understand that he's not used to dating as an adult, and that you've had a bit of practice at it and can show him the ropes. He might dig that.
