Inner-thigh bitten at night, how to treat & get rid of biting bug?

At night my inner-thighs and behind my knees are being bitten. I sprayed bug spray around and under my bed, and it helped for awhile, but the bug is back. I wear long pants to bed and I cover with two blankets, but I am still being bitten. The bites are red, a little swollen, and are extremely itchy. I have put wound spray and anti-biotic creme on them, and it is still very, very itchy. I cannot put band-aids on them for long periods of time because I am allergic to adhesives. I have even tried cortizone creme on them, and that only relives the itching for a little while. I have finals this week, and I can't be distracted by itching during the exams, lol. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to treat this, and get rid of the bug. Thanks!!
