Should I take my date to a place to have a lot of fun or should I try something a little more subdued?

I went out to dinner this past week with a friend of mine and I ended up asking out my waitress on a date and she said yes. We went to dinner two days later and we both had a great time so I asked her if we could we go out again this weekend and she said yes. Well she is getting her schedule for work this week and if she has time this weekend we are going to go out. I was thinking for a 2nd date I would take her to something like the fun park, you know play miniature golf, drive go carts, etc and maybe bowling afterwards. My thought is if this goes well...I may try to take her to Busch Gardens (a full day amusement park) for the day. My thought is that I should take my date to places where memories can be made and we can have lots of fun. She is 21 and a junior in college and I'm 25. Do you think I should be taking her to places like this on first dates or should I be looking to do something a little more subdued? I figure this would be a great way to break the ice, learn alot about each other and just have fun. Your thoughts and if you were a woman how would you feel about a guy if he was planning this.
