Is thi a kid to be suspicious about?

Theres this kid at my school who seems similar to Seung-Hui Cho, He's quiet and a loner, dresses kind of gothics, wear black make up. I know he might just be shy but, I'm a shy person myself and I atleast look like I have a personality. I don't know ever since the whole Va Tech incident, people have looked at him diffrently?
