Have you ever given someone the Rejection Hotline number instead of your own?

I know it's mean, but I guess sometimes it could be useful for people who just can't take a hint. I"m thinking of using it for this reeeeally creepy guy who can't take the hint at my college. Has anyone ever used it? Any regrets?
