How can I raise the chance of getting to a top high school in my area?

I just transferred in my new school but I find their standards so low. I am a senior in the Philippines but when I have come here they put me in the sopre cl. I find all the cles boring. I had tackled all the lessons already so I am thinking of transferring to the best school in the area but I just came here in less than 2 months. I heard the school have a challenge test called PSAT. How can I uplift the chances of being admitted to the said school -- Mcnair high school. I really don't appreciate my new school. I can't wait to transfer. Any advice on how to get admitted there 'coz I don't learn a single thing on the school I am attending right now. I don't have any idea what PSAT is all about. Just migrate in America.
