Why are some africans white? (Not be offensive!)?

Africa is a continent not a country, and different countries of Africa such as South Africa we're colonized by Dutch people (which are white). Generally most of the white population is found there otherwise they are dotted around different countries in Africa. Either that or your African friends simply moved there.
