My dog has a horrid cyst on his eyelid. He's too old for surgery. What can I try?

The cyst is the size of an unshelled peanut and growing. It oozes, bleeds etc. Periodically it gets infected. I bathe it daily with saline solution and apply BNPH cream. When it is infected to the point of smelling the vet puts him on an antibiotic. 2 different vet consultations, don't know what to do, but agree the dog is too old for surgery. Hi My room ate moved out in the middle of our lease because I didn't want his girl friend to live there for

Why do i keep fainting?

whenever i plat sport or play my clarinet or do any thing that gets me out of breathe, i end up feeling light headed and endup collapsing...when i come round im a little shocked and a tad dizzy but that soon pes and then im fine. it happened when i finished cross country at school and also when i played my clarinet (i have to do a lot of puffing as its a wood wind instrument) and i also ped out when i played badminton. i love playing my sport and im hoping that this is a phase but its been happening for a while now. does any one have any answers?

All you need is e few gigs free for your computer to run normal. what makes it run slower is your programs and how many are running simultaneous.delete as many programs you don't need. i very much recommend transferring all your torrent content to an external hard drive. I have an E.H just for torrents. but make sure you buy one that can play your stuff at a god rate cause i didn't :( . some e.h are made just for certain files, only mac compatible, etc. so do a little research before buying. Advice needed regarding Future car purchase?

Im looking to buy a used car soon and im not sure what a good down payment would be on a $27,000 car. Im planning on putting $7,000 down, would that be good enough and finance the rest or should i put more into it? What kind of negotiation leverage would i have on the dealer if i showed up at the dealership with $7K Down, 772 Credit score and research from Galves and Nada car values? BTW, the vehicle im looking into is a 2006 Lexus GS300 with 48K miles. Dealers have this car selling at $30K+ but according to the research ive done, the car is worth $25K-$26K. Just noticed a lump on my dogs left rib cage?

My dog was spayed about 5 days ago. Last night I noticed a lump about middle ways of her left rib cage. Im not sure where any shots were given but I thought that could be what its from. Inner-thigh bitten at night, how to treat & get rid of biting bug?

At night my inner-thighs and behind my knees are being bitten. I sprayed bug spray around and under my bed, and it helped for awhile, but the bug is back. I wear long pants to bed and I cover with two blankets, but I am still being bitten. The bites are red, a little swollen, and are extremely itchy. I have put wound spray and anti-biotic creme on them, and it is still very, very itchy. I cannot put band-aids on them for long periods of time because I am allergic to adhesives. I have even tried cortizone creme on them, and that only relives the itching for a little while. I have finals this week, and I can't be distracted by itching during the exams, lol. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to treat this, and get rid of the bug. Thanks!!

When can I work after being diagnosed as bipolar with OCD?

I am a high functioning professional type of person and my job takes everything I had prior to being diagnosed. I am not working at the moment (pretty sure being bipolar & OCD did effect my performance). I will start my new mood stabilizing drug (Depakote) today. I was told I couldn't work "for a while" by my psychiatrist but I feel even more depressed than normal not having something to do. There is a great job for me right now and I was told I could apply but I needed to be prepared if I wasn't ready to work not to take it, depending on the time frame. The OCD is basically a very unique type of perfectionism where being orderly somehow takes precedence over the job I'm supposed to do. When I get stressed or moody, I find the OCD kicks in.

my prelude has 221k on it the rings were changed so the compression is good and the car rides nice but the only thing is that when the car gets up to temp or is cold there is a weird smell that comes from the exhaust i know its not burning oil because it isn't a thick heavy white smoke is very light and has a carbon like smell to it almost like the stuff that builds up at the end of the exhaust . and when i check the dip stick it isn't black and dosent smell of burnt oil in the engine im thinking that is might be sludge that is attached to the walls of the inside of the engine that is burning off. iv been adding that slugde engine oil additive stuff to my oil changes im seeing a slight change but it isn't actually going away significantly

Iso torrent trouble???

First get a program like 7zip or winrar. When installed, right-click football manager 2010.7z and click extract to Football Manager 2010/ (for winrar it's as simple as that, but if you use the free 7zip, you just have to click on "7zip" with arrow beside it, and then extract to FM2010/). Move the new folder that appears to the desktop (it should be called Football manager 2010. Go into it. There should be a folder called game as instructed. Go into it and double click "converter." Wait as instructed. When finished, download something called Daemon Tools Lite. This is the only one I know how to use (i don't know iso buster). When installed, a tray icon at bottom right should appear for Daemon Tools. Right click it, then choose one of the options with an arrow next to it, and you will eventually come to something that says virtual drive 2.0 or something with an arrow next to it. go into it and click on mount image. look throught computer for FM2010.iso file and open it. Now you have a fake cd for Football manager 2010 inserted. Go into the folder on desktop and find "fm". Double click it and the game will work. Any questions, email me.

Dog has attention deficit disorder. Should I ignore or get his treatment?

Its very obvious my 2 year old shepherd mix has attention deficit. When I adopted him, the shelter itself told me, "this dog is not that attentive and has tendency to get easily distracted. Other than that he is perfect. So new training maybe quite a challenge" I wanted to contact the previous owner regarding the dog's poor attention but was not able to trace previous owner. I asked shelter to give me number of previous owner and they said they cannot. Due to his very poor attention span and distraction, it is almost impossible to send him any kind of signal or message. For example when I tell him, "Good boy. Here is your treat", he does not look at me but will turn his neck elsewhere. While walking him he keeps changing direction and starts running. This becomes a pain because i have to keep pulling the leash. When i tell him NO it has no effect on him. He walks zig-zag and does not walk straight. All these things cannot be corrected because of his attention deficit.

How to make oven-roasted winter vegetables?

Wish I could take credit for this but I'm just ping on something I saw Rachel Ray do and have copied many times. Cut your veggies into manageable (slightly larger than bite-size) chunks then rinse, drain and put them in a large bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil (enough to coat all the veggies lightly) and toss them around in the oil until coated. Spread the veggies out in a large cake pan and sprinkle with a little sea salt and pepper or seasoned salt or garlic powder according to what you're serving them with and what your tastes are. Put into a preheated 350 degree oven and cook 20 - 30 minutes or until fork-tender. As RR would say YUM-O!

Why is my vw beetle shifting so hard into first both upshifting and downshifting?

i have a 1999 vw beetle 2.0 ltr 4 cyl a couple of days ago it started acting funny. It takes a couple of seconds to get it to shift from park into drive and then after you start going it will act up one time feels like its skipping and only does it again when you shut the car off. I just wear my normal everyday underwear but instead of leggings I would wear thermal tights. These can be worn with a skirt or under your trousers. My father has been a bee keeper for over 20 years. We have been discussing reasons why bees are dieing. Has anyone else noticed that there aren't ANY honey bees on clover or flowers in general. Bumble bees seem to be doing fine but the honey bee is in serious trouble! For the past 3 summers, my father's hives have barely produced enough honey for the hive to survive the winter. Consistent upset stomach?

Okay well, in mid December of last year I had gotten a stomach virus and was VERY sick. Ever since, I have been getting an upset stomach and occasional diarrhea along with it. It usually starts as some abnormal pressure in my lower abdomen(lower stomach, not like menstrual cramps) that makes me feel nauseous for a minute. I also get that strange bubbling in the same area(I usually get this when my stomach is upset). This has happened about 3 or 4 times since my stomach virus. I would say the matte and intensive formulas would be the most likely to control oil. I use the intensive formula myself. however if you have very oily skin, I suggest using their rice powder or kaolin powders, these are the finishing dusts made to control oil and such. I personally use the Kaolin powder in soft bronze and it works well for controlling oil for me. hope this helps :]

Brake Light Coming on in Cold AM, Goes Off When Car Warms Up?

I have a 1993 Mazda Protege that I bought new off the lot and have carefully maintained for 15 yrs. It has 150,000 mi on it. Since Monday, the brake light has been coming on in the recently chilly mornings but it goes off as soon as the car is sufficiently warm (approx 15 min). It does not come on in the afternoons when temps are 80-90F. They are not ABS. What could be causing this? Is it an immediate cause for concern? Many many thanks for any insight on this.

My throat hurts so bad that I'm in tears! Help, please?

A few days ago my throat started to really hurt. Now, it hurts like a total bish. It hurts even to breath. My mom refuses to take me to the doctor, saying that it's only viral. Last night, I coughed up a little bit of blood during one of my coughing fits. Other than major headaches, extreme throat pain, and long / harsh coughing fits, nothing else is really bad. I'm not really hungry as much, but I don't think it's bad enough to be considered fatigue. I'm only thirteen years old. The pain hurts so much. Do you guys know what is happening to my body? Or what to do to dull the pain? Oh, and my tongue is really swelled up, so I can't even see my throat. I've tried asking, even begging, her to take me to the doctor's office, but my mother just says to drink some tea and that it will be better in the morning. But it never is. I have felt this way for a few days. Also, I have tried Ibuprofen, Tylenol, and other types of over the counter (?) medication. Nothing is helping! Please! It hurts. Oh! I need advice about where to attend college next year. I have been waitlisted at stanford, cornell, and brown. However, i have been accepted to the united states military academy at west point, the university of texas at austin, and the university of colorado at boulder or the health and science center at denver. i was hoping to be accepted at one of the colleges i was waitlisted. now i can only wait to hear from them again in late may. i would like to go into pharmacy and i know ut has an excellent program. however, i've never wanted to attend ut. it is only 30 minutes away from my home and i don't like the fact that it is so huge with outrageous cl sizes. on the other side, i'm valedictorian and would get my first year of school free. As far as denver is concerned, i love the city and i want to go to school there. but, it doesn't have a good a program as ut. i also really like usma, but don't know if i want to spend 8 years in the army after. what should i do?
