DoeS He Really Love Me?

I was going out with my ex boyfriend jonathan omg i loved him and he loved me i was sure of that he cared about me when i got sick or when i got in trouble. after a while i left the country because i had to come with my parents to new york i left him we broke up eventually. i had my boyfriend and he had hers. i went back to my country after a year once he found out i came back he went straight to my house to look for me but i told him if he had a girl to forget about me he said he loved me and that he hadn't forgotten me after 1 year i said oky so break up with her he did it was all good for like 3 weeks and he went back out with her i found out he was going out with both of us i broke up with him he said no that the girl told him how was he going to leave her for me if i was going to leave him again o0o i forgot to say shes older than both of us so he cryed and said he loved me and he wouldn't want to leave me my dum *** belived him after a while i found out i was pregnant i was only 16 but i found out a little to late when i had already lost it because i had gotten into a car accident with him and his cousin and my cousin we were both really sad he cryed all the time we stayed more close and when he told me to go live with him i told him i coudn't he kept on insisting but when i had decided to go my parents found out and brought me back to new york after that i never went back but he still called me telling me he misses me but he got married one year ago because he has a baby daughter but he still calls me. now i'm going to go back after 3 years this summer what should i do please help.
