Am I a idiot for buying this truck?

I bought a 07 Chevy Silverado 1500 Vortex Max. Has low mileage, on a fab tech lift kit and has 35in all terrain tires. Has step sides that come out of under the truck when the door is opened. I just purchased a K&N intake and a custom cat back exhaust. I get crap gas mileage though I get roughly 10.5 mpg city and 14 hwy. The truck cost me 30K$ before taxes, dealer fees, and dmv fees. The turning radius sucks big time also. Cost me around 70$ till fill the tank and it last for usually 7 days going to home, work ,and the gym. The truck looks cool but the gas mileage I am getting is a huge downer. :[
