Can ANYONE HELP ME??- Serious renters' question!?

I live in maryland but I had the same problem. What I did was look for private owners renting condos and small apartments. Commercial management companies will not give you a chance. I was fourtunate to find something on craigslist. I would definitley give them a try. Good luck to you!!!
