global issues. Take Mr Bush he started a goddamn war oil prices went up all over the world. So why shouldn't the world be allowed to vote for the next US president. Americans will vote for a jerk because s/he has a nice look on his face or his/her race. Face it american presidents have influence all over from russia to the last country on the map!. And this is not a dum question its a real one.
