If being yourself meant being a...?

When they say "be yourself" they mean, don't try to hide who you are or what you are. So, in the example of the slutty woman, she might as well not try to hide it and just be slutty if she wants to be. At least she won't hurt others who would otherwise have been fooled into thinking she was one way, but really was not.
