My 1996 Dodge Stratus won't start?

check the asd relay on it when they go bad they will shut the whole car down in an instant and make it not start also check the starter relay on it,it plugs in to the outer fuse panel as i ume you already know,and last but not least check the neutral safety switch on it that will make the starter not engage,since you got a parts car you have whats needed to repair it,try starting it in neutral,see if that works,and use a 12 volt test light to determine if you have power to and from the neutral safety switch,i own two of those cars,and one parts car also,good luck.
