What happens if I dont ped the TAKS test?

For all of you dont know what TAKS is, it stands for Texas esment Knowledge and skills, or something like that. Anyways im not sure if ped the science taks, test. And ive been stressing out so much lately,and cant stop thinking if i ped the science taks test or not! If i didnt can i retake it, or somehow p it or something?
