Whats with this hair?

i know its perfectly normal to have some hair in your chest area if youre a woman since there are hair follicles all over your body but something seems strange with mine. the hairs seem to grow about 2-4 hairs per pore. they are super light and if i pluck them its completely painless and really easy to take them out. is that normal? everyone else who has asked on here has mentioned it being painful.
