Why arn't any Latin Scrolls found Older than Greek Since RC's claim that Jesus Started their Church First?

Greek was the written and spoken language at the time of Jesus life in the flesh. All mes were said in Greek until the 300's when the language of the M changed to Latin because at that time the people no longer spoke Greek. St. Jerome translated the Bible from Greek into Latin because people no longer knew Greek. This translation is called "The Vulgate" because Vulgar in Latin means common. Latin was the language of the common person at that time.
