I want to know why i am not selected in the interview often? pl look the details and help me?

i am B.Tech textile graduate . i have faced 5 companies of them for 3 i faced interviews . but i am not selected even i feel that i did well. what are the real expectation from the HR. Please any HR read this and help me ........ so that i may change if i found any thing wrong...
