What is the context of this verse , why was it revealed?

women always want to gossip and know secrets, sunnites too, the secret here is not the point. all what what matter is that the prophet made a sin by making something forbidden, which gad didn't forbid just to satisfy his wives, another evidence that prophet had no right to make religious rules. when the prophet told a secret to one wife she told to another wife (typical women!) so it was clear that trouble makers (women) are causing too much fuss, and mohammad was too nice to control them, so god warned them to stop their games, which led to the prophet making a sin.
