Is it true waxing eventually stops hairs from growing back?

This is true, but the key word here is "eventually." As in, REALLY eventually. It's going to take years and years for you to just stop growing the hair. My mother's been waxing for ages and she still has legs full of hair. Don't count on it. If you want to wax be prepared to continue doing it for years and years.
