Isn't "Bald is not a hair color" a bad ogy, since no one is born bald?

Even people with alopecia are not born bald. Plus people still have the ability to grow hair, but the body suppresses that ability. The hair follicles are still there. Also even if someone is not born bald, a person who choices to go bald still has to shave their head. If not, you can still dye peach fuzz. Plus if you go bald on your head, you are still not bald on your pubic areas, underarms, and other appendicular parts of your body; and those areas all have a hair color.
